Stopped off at Eileen Donan for it opening at 10am, then quick visit onto Skye for lunch then headed back to Morvich to go out cycling. Ended up at Carr Brae view point. Passed the Kangaroo sign in the way up. Not got a clue why it’s there. Only saw highland coos

Another free aire, this time at Santa Margarida i els Monjos, close to town and the A7, it's flat and level and there's a service point, it's part of a large parking area with no marked out bays so ideal if you're towing a trailer, there are marked bays in the motorhome area.

Nice old Hymer pulled in next to use at Aire in Conty.
The owner is French but lives in Korea, has had it 38 years and stores it near Paris airport.

Saw some nice old lorry’s today outside a garage in St.Pierre Les ebuef. There was about 5 , all very similar

This aire at Les Cabannes is €5 / night with services but no electric. Worth every cent for the view, fuel and restaurants close by.

The only grass now is at the bottom by the summerhouse which is the dogs executive washroom and that is astroturf not real grass complete with lamppost. I did sprinkle it with a substance to eliminate doggy wee smells today. There are still flower beds behind low walls so swmbo can grow things, but I dislike gardening.
No vehicular access Im afraid.

We spent most of the day looking around our national museum and this was the view from the roof. One of the rare days when it wasn’t living up to its nickname of Windy Wellington.

I'm staying with a friend near Gabilou at the moment, we had a trip out to Montignac which is a lovely medieval town by the river Vézère, there's a couple of aires there for anyone interested in visiting.
