Nice one Barry, I found some amonites at Charmouth years ago, but nothing as impressive as that. The images are very similar, technically I think one's a spiral and the other's a helix ?

Just me being pedantic, spiral staircases aren't spirals, they're a helix, I think?
A spiral disappears to a point, like the ammonite, which I think is something to do with Fibonacci numbers ? Can you tell I'm bored today ?

Derbyshire Police have reported that at 11am today (13th May) they have arrested a male for shooting the 2 Swans and 4 ducks at Turnerwood (the pound the swans lived in is called that) on the Chesterfield Canal at Hollingwood, Chesterfield

I hope they are duly punished as being tied up by their b.....ks
