A photo of the day thread

I love those muddy kitchens for children, using old pots and pans and plenty of mud!
I only get the Video and pictures sent to me when they can do . My son decided on making him a "Muddy Kitchen" ....He loves it! He can get really messed up without a worry?
Like everyone on here....looking forward to the day that we can all move about again. Miss both my Grandson but most of all....My son! A video just does not do it for me sorry! Big blokes occasionally need a hug! That I miss terribly!

You could waterblast the decking and then it would match the new fence and arbor. Just an idea!
Thanks, was hoping my wife wouldn’t notice and I might get away with it ????

We have spent the last fourteen summers at our place in France so we don’t normally see our garden at home.

Been sharing my morning bacon butty with this chap for the last few weeks, grabbed a few hasty shots of this one very greedy crow.
Turns up on the promptly at the same time every morning, amazing how they learn where and when a free meal is up for grabs.

Today’s walk. Through a woodland trail down to the beach. A coastal path walk to Charlestown battery ruins. Following the recent chair thread, look what arrived whilst I was out! Dog and I enjoying the sun!

The two grand-daughters scattered some wild flower seeds in our garden a year or so ago, they are looking amazing in the sunlight. The rest of the garden looks like a bomb site due to the building work I am doing.

It is the little things that bring pleasure, I look at this small clump of flowers and it brings back fantastic memories.

2/3 of the footings are in, the remaining 1/3 is today's job. the last bit is all being done by hand mixing as being Cornish, I am too tight to pay for the hire of a concrete pump or coughing up the £100/per/30min for having the concrete wagon standing around and filling wheelbarrows.

My confidence that we will be in and sat down with the family having Christmas lunch in Dec 2020 is quickly draining away....

Decided to get away in the MH today to our favourite, at the moment, wildcamping spot to commemorate VE 75 and to remember all the fallen and what they did for us...

On our way..
