Beautiful morning here in londinium, Laika the wonder dog enjoyed it to. Unfortunately she lost her ball in the undergrowth chasing the Fox scent.
The first photo is the Globe theatre with the Tate modern chimney behind it.
HMS Belfast with a tourist ship moored along side her and finally the shard from Tooley St . The building with the flags on is Southwark councils head office . Just across the road is tower bridge.

Once the thunder and lighting had stopped the top of Grand Saint Bernard pass pretty nice. A quick trip into Italy and back to Switzerland. It would have been more fun and a lot quicker in my car!

Then popped back over to the Mosel to have a look around the castle Thurant that sits above the town of Alken.

We are parked up for the night just out of view to the right in Alken below.

The castle lit up at night.

My view I woke up with today. In Bristol waiting for my 0800hrs booking for cruise control.

Talk about a noisy motorway, I have no idea how the local residents live with it.

As a kid we had the M1 between junctions 10-11 running behind our house, but some 500 meters away. Used to live with a constant hum, but we got used to it. Only visitors would comment on the sound, but the loud banging from this motorway is something else.
