I know we always say that the autumn tints make the Lake District best visited at this time of year, but I honestly think this year has been exceptional and hope to be snapping away in a couple of weeks. Everyone's photos look amazing with the colours and the sunshine, Love dropping in on this thread daily.

A few more from our 3 nights at Lizard, Cornwall (Henry's Campsite) including one through our windscreen. Henry's is a bit of a squeeze in the Hymer but we managed it without too much scraping of Palm trees and were rewarded with a great spot overlooking the sea.

Beautiful, fantastic photos!! They should be on a calendar! Lizard is only 1hr drive from me, never been there but now it is on the must go to list!!
Thanks for posting. Sailed round the Lizard many times so we look in the opposite direction!

Thank you.

I would suggest parking at Lizard itself, on/near the village green and walking to Lizard Point (most southerly tip). There's an amazing view from there, including the iconic Lifeboat station. From the Cafe you can hook up with the coastal path to Kynance Cove (Basically keep the sea on your left and you'll get to Kynance an hour's walk later). Kynance is the first of the four images above and it's a view that keeps on getting better as you get nearer (to the point I thought my camera batteries my die before I actually got there).

Half way there you'll cross the small cove, near Henry's campsite (the image with the blurry water).

Everyone has their own opinions and thoughts about Benidorm, but as far as we're concerned it's still a fine place to be in the Winter.
