Fitted a USB and 12v charging point to where I want to sit the TV, Also fixed the rear marker light and made a lead and a 12v-6v step down lead and wired it into a bug zapper so I dont need to use D cell batteries

I'm curious .. how did you manage to the rooflight ????View attachment 177928 Think the title should be : What have you on your motorhome this week.
I managed to the rooflight over the bedroom, It's a biggy too 900 x 600. Had to order one today and cheapest I could find was £450
When we bought the MH the rooflights were both seized, with plenty of lube I managed to get the lounge working perfectly but when I tried the same with the bedroom one I only manage to raise it around 6 inches and then it wouldn't budge either way.I'm curious .. how did you manage to the rooflight ????

VeryWent round with a needle and cotton sewing up any loose stitching. How boring is that.
I'm assuming you mean the de-scale.
I simply added some of this (well 14 boxes to be honest) and left it in the tank after running it through all the pipes and heater.
Then ran the pump and filled up the grey tank, so did the 2 tanks in one hit.
Then simply flushed it all through as clean as a whistle
Might prevent you having to gain access from a ramp?

Ahh bummer. .. but she believes you.. ??? that it was unrepairable ..telling myself and my wife
I'll just say " you'll never guess what, now the lounge one has has just suddenly broken "she won't fall for it a second time
Mine is 136lts so quite a size, but did the job quite nicely. Thanks for the info, 14 boxes in what size tank please?
got a link to that ?Gas locker lock was bust when I got it and had to keep wedging the door shut with some rolled up baby wipes, Visit to toolstation and bought a new 32mm cam lock for just shy of a fiver swapped out the old one and fitted the new one in 5mins.
Often worth checking you cant get either the same or similar part from elsewhere that doesn't have the motorhome mark up
You have put them on the wrong side, they should be on the lower right so as to be seen easily from the roadside in the country of issue. The trouble is you will also need a French one then a German one and eventually will not be able to see out of your windscreen. Could be the best bet to laminate them and make a holder to stick the appropriate one in. Also if you have to have your windscreen replaced you will have to apply for them all again.I affixed Slovenian and Austrian vignettes for next week trip to Croatia .....
They arrived today and I couldn't wait !

My apologies I thought they were emission stickers not for tolls, indeed the instructions do say on the drivers left. German or French emissions stickers should be on the drivers right hand side at the bottom for motorhomes, at the top for cars basically so they are roughly at eye level for being viewed from the roadside in France & Germany. But for UK vehicles it can be a problem for the MOT.Hi steve.
Thanks for info.
I've always put them on the left hand side looking out, just above where tax discs used to be.
Last time I put one in the bottom left it was then in the wiper arc and failed the MOT !
My friend did as you suggest and put them into a holder and got fined for not sticking them on !
The link below from Austria says on the left looking out or in middle behind the mirror.
