It's still showing online as going ahead. I'd heard they were keeping their programme for this season but wouldn't be continuing next year. Will give the SE Region a call to check.

Checking over the motorhome clean and polish and loading up for a trip to Cantebury on the 19th. Oh and then onto the tunnel and over to France for three whole weeks yippee.
The first time in 36 years I have managed to get three weeks off in one go, can't wait.

Heading to Strathclyde Country Park tomorrow morning. Staying one night then heading down to Keswick CCC site for 6 nights. Will be 50 on Tuesday so loaded up with Champagne for the two person and 1 dog

I'm at a garden party in Wimbledon on Saturday, an annual event which is something we look forward to. We will be staying over no driving involved so could be seen with a glass in my hand. Cheers.....

Leave work at lunchtime on Friday and off to Setthorns in the New Forest for a first visit. Only second trip away so still lots to learn and get wrong...

Have a lovely time......there's lots of easy, free parking in the Forestry Commision car parks if you want to explore a little...this was us at Whitemoore last weekend

Well for once this year I have a full weekend off, the race car (road legal) is on the drive and although it is not the most comfortable long distance car due to hard suspension it might be nice to take a trundle out in it for a picnic tomorrow if weather allows (and if I can persuade Jackie to endure the ride out).

Pootling around Somerset/Devon looking for a possible new place to live. Meeting up with friends we met on our travels at the same time. Fed up of the long haul from up north to the ferries and back. Checked up on property prices and had ours valued so onto next stage, finding a spot
