What are you up to this weekend?

Ferry to uk from Isle of Wight, slow drive home, after 3 months away in the van, maybe one last pub stop and then, MOT, service, dentist, doctor etc then Hereford and Drax, Old Bush Blues festival, and a Steam Rally, hey ho (y)
Hope you enjoyed the Blues festival. 👍👍👍

Final preparations for MHome as we drive off on Sunday. Bit of family, grandkids and hopefully some time for ourselves. Derbyshire, Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire, Yorkshire, Lancashire then Cheshire. 3x CMC sites...... ouch. Expect M5 etc to be busy on Sunday but can't wait for the drive. Living the dream 👍😁👍

This weekend, I will be mostly looking at the weather forecast.

Either that or sheltering beneath the stands.

Hoping that charging the battery for 24 hours will give it enough power to get the Kettle going! Unless it's raining and I'll stand in the garage with the Solvol and Peek.

New suite coming Monday so it's clear the old one out and all other stuff off the lounge carpet to do a carpet clean with a Rug Doctor.

Looking forward so much to seeing the two little un's.
Big little un is so looking forward to a day out in the Truck House.

Posted this on another thread also, but MH chat related so here anorl.

Picked Billy the Bailey up from the menders.
The fridge door is now temporally fixed so it wont fall off again. AND the recall on the flue has been done.
This is until Bailey/Dometic come up with a permanant fix.
They have both accepted there is an issue and promised to sort it.....................never said when though. It has only been 10ths thus far.

We are at the Love touring festival in Edinburgh where the drink is beer or beer. No soft drinks, no spirits, no lager, no bottled water. On a plus note the weather was good yesterday and the Desperados band were decent. Sound is as good as they can make it as they were told they would be playing in a large marquee and not a massive tin shed.

Ha.............. however we spent a fortune in the shop, 10% discount mind.

Looked at new MHOMEs but quality not as good as ours.

Off to CMC Barnard Castle in the morning. Ha...... all benefits of a free night lost😂😂😂😂😂

This Saturday is a ride up to Sarfend for the first match of the season in the National League.

It took until 5pm yesterday to ensure they had a safety certificate on Roots Hall.

Come on Oldham.

Couple of little jobs on motorhome then TV watching rugby, cycling and football. 🍺🍺
