What are you up to this weekend?

Off to Abbey Wood C&MC site tomorrow afternoon for 2 nights. Going to see Young Frankenstein at the Garrick Theatre in London on Saturday :D2

Just a note of warning that they are renovating one of the toilet blocks at the moment, and upgrading some of the amenities. Not all the pitches are available. We were there last weekend... The renovating works didn't impact our stay though, so enjoy. Great Campsite to use to get into London to see the sights... Wardens were very helpful too..

We regularly drive (in the car) into Abbey Wood to get into London but we haven't used the site since we went to see the millennium dome :LOL:

Would have been good to share a glass or two, but it was so cold, definately hibernating inside moho weather! Did you brave the pool? Or hot tub?

Tanya talked a good talk but bottled at the last minute and reached for a bottle of Presseco - and we got pizza from the reception - yes we'll do a glass or two next time.
 
We are at Sumner Ponds bear Horsham with friends. Originally just for the weekend but decided to stay until Tuesday. It’s wet and mucky here but forecast for the next two days says it’s supposed to be sunny.

We are at Beverley Park Paignton this weekend. Weather not great but it hasn’t marked our enjoyment of our first trip out this year in Merv our MH. That’s not a bad view out of your front window is it?
 
Got the van ready for a trip to Ravenglass tomorrow. Mrs is off to the O2 to see A-Ha with our daughters.
So van is loaded with red wine, beer and Glenmorangie and crisps.

Woohooo !
 
Did I tell you that we finally bought our first motorhome last weekend?:dance2::dance2: This weekend will find us in Shrewsbury starting to buy all the goodies as per @Motorhome Man very extensive travelling checklist.
Will try not to spend as much money as I did last weekend:whistle:

I was looking at some very old photographs recently, Punting on Thorpness lake Suffolk, I must have been around 16. Friend of mine was hanging and sliding down the pole in the middle of the lake with the boat drifting away.:D

We are having a nice quite weekend . no foster kids. So going to do some cleaning in the van. If I can not go away I can at least be in it.:rolleyes:

Hope fully! fingers crossed! we'll be installing the new fridge in the Van. A bit of phaffing about will be involved, getting the damn thing to fit in the hole, but hey ho, I 'av me sonic screwdriver 'andy. :pop:

Maureen has said she'll help,:hugs: but the first time I swear, she's gone!:Grin:

Looks like she's given me an out, without realising it:dance2:
 
Going to a small cs site near Castle Hedingham for a few days to try out our new Silver Screen and eco shower head.
May even see some snowdrops at the castle on Sunday.
