What are you up to this weekend?

We've done a few rallies with them, mostly with nothing particularly arranged which suits us but I do have to say I always feel like the youngest swinger in town . they are good for an inexpensive weekend away.
We have wondered about doing one but never sure. Think they would be a disappointment compared to you lovely funsters :D2

We've been rallying for over 20 years and they can be so different, you can join in as much or as little as you want. Some are just a venue for you to go to and some can be full party venues.

Guess it depends a bit on the mix of people too. We were told at Malvern by the lovely couple camping behind us that our nearest DA were very OTT and drunk....hmm maybe we would fit in after all ;)
We did a THS nr Marazion by accident, but was only one night and to be honest the people there didnt grab us (metaphorically not physically speaking:D2).
Trouble is finding the time. We are doing some pet sitting then off to chester followed by prague (no Mh) , then scotland, then norfolk rally, then norfolk cottage with friends then pet sitting again when we are back and also thrown in with some nephew sitting, then the whisky meet and norfolk show. On top of all that we are trying to get planning permission to extend our house and sort builders for quotes and start dates- no stress then :D

Saturday morning, Mrs Maison is being taken out by our daughter for Mother's Day. Our daughter meanwhile is being taken out at the same time and venue by her daughter. (they couldn't get reservations for Sunday itself).

They are all having Afternoon Tea at 1100am as the whole family are then meeting up and attending a matinee performance of "Evita" taking up the afternoon.

We boys, myself, Son in Law and grandson meanwhile will partake of a Pub Lunch before meeting them at the Theatre.

Sunday will be taken up with checks on the Motorhome prior to leaving for France next Thursday.(y):france:

Busy, busy, busy!:)

Our weekend plans have now changed. Firstly my back seems to be winning the argument, I had to come home from work today and coincidentally our MH dealer rang to say he could bring the service and MOT forward to next week if we could get it to him on Saturday, so it's going in.

I am doing nothing, the wife is going to a leaving do, so that's me free to do what I want, nothing.

Thanks for asking. I had to start taking morphine today on top of the diazapam I was already taking :( It has really helped though, I'm feeling much better now.

If you like cider, cheese or ice-cream then there's lots to choose from and sample, if the weather is nice then plenty of motorbikes and nice cars cruise up and down the gorge and a nice few pubs to try
