What are you up to this weekend?

We are on the way back from Spain Saturday get back home a week today then putting motorhome up for sale circumstances change very quickly don't they but hey life goes on :)

We are at Teversal cc site nice site plenty of walking & cycling and National Trust to visit
 
I may sneak of to play in van while John is playing golf.
 
Off to the sun for a while. On Eurotunnel on Saturday afternoon and then wending our way south, heading for Spain and then maybe Portugal. Was going to leave tomorrow but had to put it off for a couple of days. If any of you see a grey 65 reg Hymer B678 with a MHF sticker on the windscreen, either wave or come over and knock on the door.

We've booked 2 nights at Daleacres C&MC near Hythe. Going to have a walk to the Botolphs Bridge pub for lunch on Saturday

Dash to Dover after work tomorrow to hit 10pm ferry.. drive till i get tired and kip in the car, 2 days ragging motorbikes , and back sunday 10pm ferry, MH not fast enough for this trip, car is packed, fuelled, new front tyres, as the old ones were shot, cant go rushing on old tyres.

Main Easter Leave on Friday and off for our first European trip Sunday.:clap: Catching the 18:20 train, then turning left to head for Belgium - ish. With my new Campercontact app and just opening it up when I decide to stop. The only firm plan we have is to get the 22:20 train back on Friday 21.:D2
 
Off to the Lakes with the daughter and 2 grandchildren, should be a tight squeeze indoors if it rains!!

One major difference this time though
The outlaws are following in their new to them caravan can't believe I'll be spending a whole weekend with
A the M.i.l
B tuggers
Never mind they leave Sunday and Kate and I are staying on until Monday

You don't have to mix with them you know. And also it is very important if you arrive together to immediately start making a cup of tea, or, better still, open a bottle of wine, and then get the chairs out. After all it is thirsty work watching them get everything set up and the awning up. (y):D2

Will be arriving about 30 mins after them
Still think we will be sat outside with a wine before they've even wound the legs down

Daughter bringing grandchildren & dog to visit. 4 year old "Grandma, can you make me aWonder Woman outfit?" So Grandma's got the sewing machine out......
Their dog ( mad as a box of frogs) is staying for a week and a half as they're off to Ireland on Wednesday.
 
We are going to the Eden Camp rally - 1st rally with motorhomefun. Sister and her hubby also got on the list. Have overalls and headscarf to be a land girl and hubby has his Dads army jacket. Booked a couple of nights on sunday and Monday in Yorkshire and then back home in time for work on Wednesday. Looking forward to it
 
Well
We collect our m/h tomorrow so

Saturday I'll be doing things like -
fitting tyre sensors
fitting extra fan to fridge to aid cooling
fitting my 2 extra batteries
working out where to put inverter
working out the ability to place one of my mobility scooters in the garage
sterilising the water tank

so going to be busy busy busy
