What are you up to this weekend?

Off to Devizes camping and caravan club site. Meeting my daughter for lunch in Franco's. Then catching bus into Bath to become a tourist for the day. And once again meeting my boating friends for lunch at wetherspoons back in Devizes. Going to a great five days .Roy

As I have been under strict instructions over the last 2 weeks not to venture too far because our Daughter was giving birth imminently,:cautious: I now cannot go anywhere as our Grandson has finally arrived.:D2 Got a call at 05:30 Sunday morning whilst at Setthorns, disturbed everyone leaving  and Lucas was born at 06:24. Now my weekends are taken up for a while, but a small price to pay.(y)
Congratulations....wonderful..enjoy:D

..can I come to yours and have a lesson please:DI bet your MH looks absolutely amazing...enjoy:dance2:

At this time of year it looks good right up to the point I move off the driveway.., (y)

Went to fill up with fuel last week and when I got back home you would have thought it hadn't been washed for months. Not helped by the fact we live in a rural farming area with a large horse plop-ulation! :)

Always happy to offer advice, I have a couple of long distance customers who I work for once a year but the rest of the time they ping me emails with photos of what they are trying to do and we talk it through until they are happy to go ahead or decide it isn't a job that they want to tackle.

We are at Ferry Meadows this weekend at the Self Build home show, looking for inspiration and some ideas..

We shot up from the Limousin yesterday after completing the purchase of our land in the Dordogne.. Roll on 2018 when Kat and I shall actually build a house for ourselves..:Grin:

Not away this weekend. Ralph's bleeding the radiators this morning. Then catching up on a few jobs that need doing at our other property. Needs must.
I've just made bacon and egg sarnies and fed Buster now I'm going out for a long walk .
Oh yes he's got some home brew to get started too.
Looks like I'm going to be a bit bored hahaha.

Well I said earlier in the week that I had a deadline to have holidays booked by this weekend or a fate worse than death. Well after much deliberation and deep thoughts about all kinds of places I have bittern the bullet and booked a week in Marbella, lovely hotel not cheap but just what the doctor ordered rest and recreation for a week. Have absolutely no idea what Marbella has to offer but the hotel looks grand and we go in three weeks time so wont be too hot. My lovely lady has now come over all serene and contended. :)(y) So what will we find to do in Marbella....?

I'm not telling you! Trumps detectives might be tapping in, and find out I'm helping Poland invade Germany.

well we did the Caravan and Motorhome Club moterhome maneuvoring course yesterday, Sunday 5th March....there were only 4 of us on the course....3 women and MOH. One of the ladies had never driven her motorhome so it was a first for her...and whilst at the start she was noticably inexperienced by the end she had improved and was driving like a pro. It was very useful...a wonderful opportunity to drive up and down and round cones backwards and forwards.....we both really enjoyed it. I particularly enjoyed navigating a long course of cones....in and out and round about.....in reverse....great fun....feel I definitely know our Harvey now and feel very comfortable at the wheel.....I can forsee some slight disagreements in the future as MOH has done 95% of the driving especially when we are away from home....this cannot continue now, of course;):D2
