We have a new Wetherspoons in brecon .it has opened today for staff training and they are offering a free meal and two drinks per person free. we have been tonight and invited to go again on Sunday .it's next door to our business. the building has been refurbished from top to bottom and is really Lovely .the official opening is on Tuesday so hopefully it will bring more business to our end of town as well. its called the George hotel . for any funsters who

Well today we babysitting cancelled so with sun shinning we jumped in van. Drove to Go outdoors and exchanged some propane bottles bought couple of bits. Then to Port Solent had a meal well wife did I sent mine back. Now chillaxin at Eastney ferry may go looking for a new pushbike for the good lady tommorow.

Might just do that, a lovely part of the world but haven't been to Brecon itself:) ....... and I'm always interested in trying a wethers(y):LOL:


@Ralph-n-Bev great pics Bev:) we stayed at the campsite in the village (Hinderwell) and walked down into Runswick ...... don't think I've seen a steeper hill:Eeek:.
We also walked from the campsite across to Staithes:)

Do you know of a suitable site? I understand you can walk into town along the canal from the cc site but getting a pitch can be like gold dust. There's a cc THS over that way too but I think its when Im due to be in cornwall:rolleyes:

More tinkering.

One of my few criticisms of my Concorde is the lack of lighting inside especially in the cab when seat is swivelled

Have added led strips and converted above sink / cooker light to LED as well

As I spend my working life cleaning, polishing and waxing other peoples boats, caravans and motorhomes, this weekend I am planning to treat our motorhome to an all over valet/detail (mixed in with watching the rugby). :)

You never know, I might even get Mrs Cornish Boy to operate a microfibre towel under supervision! (y)
 
Hi , we are off North tomorrow for 4 days, visiting Peterhead, Fraserburgh, Lossiemouth and Nairn !! Hope the Storm Doris is kind to us !!

..not so many gadgets there this year....we did buy some of the stuff we went for but some we didn't as it was cheaper on the net. Have fun and keep a tight hold of your wallet:D:whistle:

Just had a call from our cousins
They've ordered a new swift freestyle
Island bed and drop down bed
They said they weren't going to spend anything
We are there tomorrow and guess what we've said yep
We are not buying anything :rolleyes:
 
Truma gas filter to fit before gas regulator to stop it oiling up, Quest pop up shelter. Only went looking for two Kampa chairs. A lot smaller there this year.
