What are you up to this weekend?

The best of it is that I am parked about 4 feet from the marker peg  Shhhhhhhhh................;)

New England Bay CC site is very quite this weekend, lucky if there are 30 units here. Not complaining though, lots of peace and quiet and the weather is dry and mild,

Lovely Cocker ,nice dark tan very shiny coat

Got a telling off by the police today too when we got back to Blighty.

Pulled into the first services after the tunnel to have a smoke but didn't want to go into the car park so pulled to the side of the exit road ( where a lorry was already parked up) and lit up.

Next thing blue flashing lights and a pretty cross policeman.

He was very nice though(y)

This weekend I had the honour and great pleasure in being my mates best man. Had to travel to Durham was planning on going in van but he insisted in putting us in a hotel for the weekend. It was a great weekend nice but IMHO best way to travel is in van. Little pic of the happy couple and myself it was just them the wife and I.

Off to Wolverly CC&C site on Sunday for a couple of nights, then to Devizes CC&C for another two, before returning to building work on the house.

Both sites picked out because

They are both on a canal
They both have a Pub nearby.

Hic!:drink:

We are at home, all the kids and partners coming for a welcome home party as almost son in law home from deployment. Unfortunely we have a broken boiler so negligible hot water...perfect timing with 9 people staying!

This is what he's been flying around in...

Well it's been emotional Andrea, we are being creative by using the gym, daughters bathroom 10 mins away and may have to use the Moho but the very steep drive could make that "interesting". Fingers crossed plumber gets it working today! Sitting in an inch of tepid water with a kitchen jug is not my ideal start to the day

Changing a cam chain tensioner for an old customer.. Any longer than 15 minutes and I will have to give myself a darned good talking to !

Weymouth beach for the motocross. When did that year go?

Not sure whether it counts as "this weekend", but went on a tour of the houses of parliament yesterday; very interesting couple of hours.

These tours are sponsored by your MP, all you need to do is write to their office and they will help you to arrange it.

At site near Estepona.weather :sun:.then off to aire at Almeremar marina on Monday ( I think,) but could end up somewhere else, all depends on which way the vans pointing.:giggler: :giggler:

A tad old for West street Chris!!

Actually I did have a beer on West Street last night.

I would like to say it was because I was young and trendy.

Truth is we went to watch the footie at Brammal Lane and my son suggested we walk back to the hotel.

Dad was a bit tired and dying for a wee so we stopped at a bar for a few.

I can't believe how hilly Sheffield is.

As my son lovingly put it as I was panting up a hill - You don't see many fat people in Sheffield Dad:D
