Going down the (currently dry) well tomorrow to clear out the leaves and such like and to dig it deeper... no water, no life.

Dawn and I are away on a two-week cruise this weekend.

I managed to get exchange rate of 1.0708 from my bank.

Regards,

May I share my bonus find with you all...

Dawn arrives home on the 11:07am train tomorrow so I am tasked with organising all the travel arrangements (passports, insurance, Euros, tickets etc., I always have.

Hidden within Dawn's passport I found €165! not used on her trip to see our new granddaughter in Finland this May.

The exchange rate on the paperwork is 1.22!

See how things balance out in the long run...

Regards,

Colin

Mostly this weekend we will be looking forwards to picking this up early next week :D:D:D

Just had a ride to Glasson dock for breakfast on the motorbike, we saw 3 or 4 motor homes parked up looked like they had spent the night there. Anyone from here? Going to be a fireman at Blyton park raceway tomorrow.

So as a Northerner i think you have been to a France to a posh Anne Summners:giggler:

Got a telling off by the police today too when we got back to Blighty.

Pulled into the first services after the tunnel to have a smoke but didn't want to go into the car park so pulled to the side of the exit road ( where a lorry was already parked up) and lit up.

Next thing blue flashing lights and a pretty cross policeman.

He was very nice though(y)

New England Bay CC site is very quite this weekend, lucky if there are 30 units here. Not complaining though, lots of peace and quiet and the weather is dry and mild,
