Opinions on A frame usage in France please .I have been tol it is illegal ,but also a grey area .

I don’t have another driver with me if stopped I would refuse the fine and have my day in court that will end these debates once and for all

To me it’s only seems the same person who seems to have a fixation about how illegal it is .

No fixation by anyone, however count me in as one of the 'fixated' when they are used abroad in a country that specifically bans towing one vehicle with another. Others have said the same so please ensure you are all inclusive!

But no one has it seems has ever been to court.

Are we talking UK or abroad?

Then you get the police can’t be bothered to nick you or they make and sell Aframes in France but you can not use them if that was the case they wouldn’t be in business for long yet they sell hundreds of them.

Again, are you talking about those made in the UK or France? If people want to risk using them, and fall for the guff form the UK sellers that they are legal abroad and you can use the paperwork they supply to prove it ... all I can say is good luck but please don't start a 'go fund me' page for the consequential fines due to 'arguing' with them.
