THIS week I bought

On Saturday we sold our 1 bedroom flat in Putney and bought a 4 bedroom house in Hampshire :thumb: Wooooooooohoooooo:Rofl1:

:clap::party2::rollonfloor::beer::party2:

We bought a folding solar panel at Stratford Saturday.
Filled up our empty battery nicely all day Saturday and all day Sunday.
We were able to recharge our bike batteries with the free power.

I just bought this 50amp rated Anderson plug for quick connect of my air compressor.

got some new bits for my carburettor, from Germany my son is having fun cleaning and putting it back together.i hope he does.because it is due out this weekend.

A lot of paint in B&Q, sandpaper, nails ( oh my exciting life)
And a sail sunshade for the dog/cat garden.

Aldi again, got a pen type led inspection torch, 8 led's and runs of 3 AAA battery's with magnet in clip for £2.99. I thought it may not be very bright but useful, very surprised how good it is.

A Mobilvetta Euroyacht as our new home for the next 12 months

We parked next to a brand new one of those a couple of weeks ago in Brittany, the owners were an immaculate Italian couple. Very friendly too.
We imagined the interior would be grey leather, white marble and Italiantine statues of Madonna and child......
It was very nice to look at though.

An Ebco Eagle Lifestyle LSR-50 eBike :)

Not ridden a bike for 30 + years! It arrived this morning, 10 minutes to unpack, adjust the seat and handlebars, then 5 miles to work and back. :Eeek:

Same tomorrow.

Hahahaha I will have to adjust the seat as I think it's to low :)

Steve, thank you for that confirmation. Roughly how much power does it take to recharge the batteries please? I am thinking in terms of the number of Ahrs I might loose by doing so. That will then give me an idea as to how long my 200W of solar power will take to regain the loss. And I am aware that that answer will depend upon the weather.
Sorry Peter I didn't realise I wasn't subscribed to the thread and missed your question.
I have never timed charging them, we have two, as we usually charge them while motoring or when the sun shines and they take so little power from the inverter while charging and even after a twenty mile ride have never got below two lights on the batteries. I would imagine about an hour but could be wildly wrong. I have two 100ah batteries charged by two 80watt Solars which are now giving only half their output (next project to renew them). I would think your 200watt of solar would keep up even in the UK.
Hope this helps.
Steve.

I didn't know there were any more petrol powered garden tools that I was missing till I started looking at a way to erect 150 metres of stock fencing with 3" posts.
Petrol post hole borer!
Great fun, holes all over the garden now waiting for the posts to arrive

Hi can you give a update on usage of the Air Ram after you have used it in anger please ? I had a Dyson DC 50 something and it was brilliant but not worth £350 :Eeek: in my mind :Eeek:(got it on a 30 day trail /give money back )If Dyson would give a 5 yr gtee on them I would be well tempted but only 2 yrs on the cordless :Sad:Now thinking of the Air Ram and it's hand held one as a option -at least I get 2 batteries and 2 machines IE better value in my mind  on offer for £279 for both -sounds good

A windscreen wiper blade. Okay, not the biggest of purchases but boy what a difference it's made. :thumb:

Also ordered a Fonera and some of those flashy tyre valve caps that warn you of low pressure.
