THIS week I bought

So, do tell. Why so many transmission repairs/replacements needed.
I've worn out both bikes.
The Whyte E160 emountain bike has done 2,500 miles in it's first year and the Mechanic says it should have been back to he workshop at about 1,000 miles.
The Whyte gravel bike (a Friston) has done another 1,200 miles this year on top of last year's couple of thousand.

I'm not hard on my bikes, a just ride them a lot.

P.S. I didn't dare tell the Mechanic I also ride a Dida road bike, but only on nice dry, warm days.

A top tube bag. Getting ready for our Way of the Roses ride in just 9 days. Glerp.

Ive bought a massive amount of very cheap screen covers. Had these on test for a few weeks as I wanted a cheap one to keep on when my van is parked at home, and they work well for a really cheap budget one. Ideal for leaving on when the van is not in use. They do keep the heat down a great deal. Will have them at Norfolk Show.

Had me fooled for a minute as I didn't realise it was a model! 😊

Neither did I to begin with except I thought I would have demanded they replaced the windscreen before I bought it!

I think its a fantastic idea which should be adopted by all M/H makers as it is much easier for the buyer to get a better idea of the different model layout at a glance.

Amazing what you can do with dustbin bags! 😄

Replacement carpets.
The original Adria carpets are looking terrible after only one year.
Bought these from Crusader Carpet Services which are based in Redditch.
Great company to deal with.
They cost was a quarter of what Adria quoted for replacements.

A 2nd Safefill bottle.
Went to fill up at Asda , the forecourt attendant initially tried to prevent me filling up, he thought it was a Calor bottle. He quickly changed his mind after coming out of his kiosk to eyeball the bottle.
72.7 pence a litre.

.....well last month I bought...
They're great especially this weather. We fill from a bottle in the fridge and the water stays cool for hours, there's no awful taste and they fit the Ducati cup holders.

When I upgraded my screen covers I'd planned to sell on my older silver screens, but I kept them to shove on the van while at home, as you mention. They're on it right now and they do make a huge difference. (Thankfully, since I've got to drive it in about an hour, and the a/c isn't working...)

I bought one of these last week in preparation for our upcoming jaunt to Spain.

Not used it in the van yet, but been testing it for a week in the bedroom. Bliss!

I've got a few of them at the Norfolk show if anyone wants a bargain.

A cutlery insert for the kitchen drawer. I love it when something fits bang on!

After a lot of thinking I bought three new Continental Vanco Camper tyres. The tyre centre had an offer on all Continental tyres if you bough more than two. Also there was free tracking in the price.
I know three seems an odd number but the n/s front was replaced last summer because it showing cracks.

Tonight I fitted the new discharge pipe for my loo's cassette. I know how to make thrilling purchases y'know! The old one had become loose which wasn't a great thing, on the whole.

Mind you, today I've also had the newly airbrushed bonnet fitted to my van, just in time for Vanlife Festival tomorrow (or rather, later today...).

Looks Massive but it is on my Wrist :LOL::LOL:
