I don't know exact numbers but not far off the maximum of 140 vans. So 200+ folks imagine.

John Jaws has the list but is "internetless" until tomorrow or Monday.

Ditto food prices. I think he said £7.50 fish and chips and a bit more for the lunches.

We and Larby are marshalling. As long as folks are spread out across the hours a bit, we don't really mind. Would appreciate no arrivals before say 9am, and if you are going to arrive after 8pm let us know in this thread the or by PM.

Some Wednesday arrivals have already offered a voluntary donation into the charity pot for the extra night. They may also be press-ganged into doing things to help out.

Don't really want a mad rush on Wednesday though just because you can.

Hi John Jaws , Robin meanders
Really gutted to say that we cannot make the Bash this year, we were so looking forward to being there meeting up with mates etc.
I have an old problem flare up earlier this week, need to see a GP for some more meds, and another PSA test arranged.
Hope all goes well at the Bash, I am sure it will be a great success as usual, we didn't order lunches but did order 2 Fish & Chips, we will cover these costs immediately when you let us know how to, as we usualy pay Robin on arrival

It is pretty much in the middle of nowhere !
From Thetford it is about 2 miles out on the A134 on the right
There is a small sign pointing to the rugby club
From Thetford it is on the right
