Not having been to a large meet like this I'm not sure of what will be involved.
Are there any activities organised?
I note that the deposit is for marquee and food etc. Is there a meal or BBQ planned?
Perhaps there is somewhere on this thread that I have missed where it gives this info :blush:. If there is, can somebody please let me know where it is? I did have a quick scan but there are now 21 pages :Eeek:
Looking forward to meeting new folk. (y)
