Tam &Toby do Europe ...Take two

hi, is it that you are parked across more than one parking space?
even in an empty car park if you park across more than a space it causes problems .
one behind the other is ok , but across in spain can cause trouble .
only mention it as the last pic looks like you might be.
No I'm parked in a large motorhome parking space on an aire.

The van across my front is not in a parking space but decided to park there anyway

Tam,
The cold: eat lots of raw onion and raw garlic.

The place: sounds like you need some friendly company to share these times with, preferably female. Just saying.

The French: they really can’t help it,poor dears. I think they may suffer insecurity issues, history has not been kind to them. (Alternatively, they may just be weird).

You’ll be feeling better soon.
Enjoy!;);):D:D

Dont think there is much chance of getting ANY company, especially female to share time with, having eaten all that onion & garlic.
The fees would go up I bet even to an "Orange Seller":D2
Two paracetamol, large single malt hot toddy or two, then hit the sack on your own, share it you want to sweat it out(y)
Nite Nite.;)

Use a knife blade ,if you have one a pallette knife would be good.
Failing that if you really have half an inch of ice chisel the bags loose with a large flat screw driver.
How can you live without a fish slice:eek:
PS you don't need ice you are in the Pyrenees!

Once I've eaten my cornettos I'll have to just switch fridge off till it melts a bit I think.

Everything is frozen solid and I don't want to risk damaging the freezer. I've enough things needing fixed on van at the minute.

You wouldn't believe it but he left and another bugger moved from the other side of the aire and parked there ...this time it's a Spaniard in a sprinter ...you couldn't make it up. I can only assume it's because I'm sensible and parked as far from the road as I could and now every other numpty is figuring that out.View attachment 292615
You are so lovable Tam they all want to cuddle up to you.:ROFLMAO:

Surely it's the same water as their taps at home.

No it isn't any type of piped water but a 'fuente' . a spring usually that they pipe into an outlet. Usually the locals swear by it, everlasting youth, etc;(y)
Someone we know takes 40 x 5l containers in to one in Puerto Lumbreras.

Yeah that's the bugger I have ...But water leaks out the bloody lid

Ice cube bags - work a treat in the van, better than mucking about with trays. I presume Spanish supermarkets sell them, same as the UK?

I have a couple of small bags of "pretend reusable plastic ice cubes " purchased from Lakeland UK, does away with all these water hazards lol

Hard luck Tam, @Shrimp is probably right, you just have to hope you find one that speaks English, but Google translate makes most things possible. Then tuck yourself back up in bed.
Hope you feel better soon:)
