Yes some bits are climing wall others have been used for other things , theres a few wee bar/cafe things dotted about too.Looks like they use it as a climbing wall now? Cool pics and would be quite creepy at night. I think i would watch a zombie movie and then take the dog for a late night stroll if i was camping there!
This is the placewhere are you i would like to visit that in the future?Amazing how industrial brick built buildings are so similar around europe they look like waterboard buildings

The first time I visited it back in 1992 I liked it.
Since then ....I'm not getting what's to like

It's too expensive
It's cold and wet

Germany is cheap but a lot of the food is crap.
As for the weather our two trips to Spain & Portugal this year it's been warmer in France than either Portugal or Spain.
Good job you turned around when you got to Italy, most things there are eye wateringly expensive.
Two euro per litre for diesel on the autostrada was quite common.
Cheaper in towns but not that much.
I see the yellow vests are protesting agsin this weekend in France
I didn't notice much difference from france to be honest but I never fill up on motorways etc only ever towns and very rarely let it below quarter tankGood job you turned around when you got to Italy, most things there are eye wateringly expensive.

The little one in my avatar is no longer with us. She would always sleep as close as possible either on my lap or stuck down the side between me and the sofa. However, when she got old - about 13/14 ish she would growl when disturbed and then started to suddenly wake with a snap at the nearest thing, maybe bad dreams, who knows. In my case the nearest thing my thigh - ouch! In yours .................You'd think there was only one seat in this van.
And every time I dare move jade growls at me.
