You need one like my old one Tam. You get 8 mpg but you get a lot of nectar points. 😂

It's been another mentally exhausting day of trying to clear things out. This time in the van , It's amazing how much stuff I carry just in case , and you get scared not too as there is always something needing fixed or going wrong. I gradually get there as I have cleared a lot out over the last few years but I still carry too much and its something that takes hours, days ,weeks to sort out. I think there's just so much to get done I'm feeling a little overwhelmed by it all. Its all the stupid little stuff that just adds up to a whole lot of stuff.

It is a lot to do. It's the little things that it's hardest to make decisions over. The big things are obvious.
After we moved in to our full time we gradually started getting rid of stuff we realised was in the way all the time we tried to get to something else. I can't remember missing anything or if we did I suppose we'd buy it again if it was really necessary.

Yeah I've been doing that too. I'll probably take stuff with me that won't be brought back.

You need to do a list of essentials as when you’re living in it you need a lot more than most folks, repair tools/kits etc.
Yeah that's the thing , some stuff I have I use very rarely but I do use it so I can't get rid of it. There is stuff I probably should just get rid of but as soon as I do I know that's when I'll bloody need it. I've seen fulltimers in much smaller vans than mine and I don't know how on earth they manage

Having to drop the pups off at my sisters while I work tonight because of all the selfish sods with their bleeding fireworks.

That's one tradition I'd happily see banned , my poor dogs get terrified with the bangs .

Cost of living crisis my arse , I can't believe the amount of Halloween decorations this year or the amount of fireworks.

All you need is a pair of mole grips, a length of wire and a roll of gaffa tape..sorted

It’s difficult Tam but doable, I’ve done it and to be completely honest it’s worked and l carry 25% of the tackle/tools l used to and could.
l did it the opposite way as it were, rather than taking items out of the MH/Tool box l took everything out ,everything, and started putting out what l actually needed and there was so much l hadn't actually used over a number of trips and years.
So rip it out and put a pile of what you do need and l am sure you will see a lot less will go back in the MH.
