Too old now mate but it's quite easy to do it yourself, plenty old ambulances about, you have half the job done then, electrics, heater, windows , roof lights, roof fan , insulation , plenty storage cupboards all done.

An example of an aire when we are on it , we have all this room and all the others squashed up at the other end keeping their distance.
