I have enjoyed following your adventure in Morocco.
Will you be spending some more time in Spain or are you homeward bound?

I will have 10 days in Spain on the way home then 4 days through France which takes me to my shengen

The guy that owns it couldn't of been nicer inviting us to stay the night & guiding us into our parking and chatting away (and no yellow vest in sight asking for 20 MAD!)

You are amazing Tam. Thank you for feeding the dogs and thinking about their need for water too. It has been difficult at times for me to read some of the stuff about animal cruelty. I cried when another funster told the story of a guardian beating a dog with a 10 foot pole. I stopped following here and on the other thread for a while it just made me feel sick.

Hi Ginam, I'm sorry, it was me that posted that story and with hindsight I wish I hadn't. It wasn't fair to expose others to it, especially without a warning. I didn't think it through.
We've fed and watered several (not in Tams league) and to be fair many of them don't look underweight but what we have found is a total lack of aggression from them. Mostly the opposite.

Morning walkies , discovered another litter of puppies along the beach belonging to a the other mum I suspect the male dog is father to both sets

All have had breakfast this morning

Last nights stop looked very much like Spain. Lots of gardners and cleaners about who actually did nothing but sit under the trees lol. Public toilets, grass and a sandy beach. Can't help think it's meant to impress cueta or something as the rest of Morocco is not like that.

Said goodbye to the others snd then headed up towards the port , I've parked up tonight on the best beach I've found in Morocco the whole trip , beautiful proper sand that goes out to sea a good 200 feet with no stones , weed etc . And only 10 minutes from the port . Lots of police presence all the way here ,im assuming there's problems with morrocans trying to escape.

Probably not go to seville this time , I need to return to malaga to collect my scooter etc which I'll probably do on Sunday or Monday so I might stay near estapona on Saturday night .

That's lovely. I am hoping to get to visit Colin sometime this year. I always look out for him on the TV show "Bargain Loving Brits In The Sun" in fact it's the only reason I watch it!!

Everything slow and held up in this country because they have too many police with too much time on their hands , ferry meant to leave at 12 but still offloading while the police check every lorry right at the door to the ferry . They haven't the brains to do it away from the boat so they can load it .

Aye , I hate waiting for things and I want parked up in Spain before it gets dark . Arrived at port at 09.45 , only just got on ferry and they still loading lorries. Whole day wasted for a 90 minute crossing


Passport checked 4 different times, tickets checked 3 times , police looked in van twice , I mean cmon , none of that changes while you're in the port surely , too much time on their hands
