Well I finally gave the motorhome a wash ...that's the hardest 15 minutes I've ever worked , jeeso i need a lie down but it looks a bit better now . That will be the last wash it gets though till I'm back home .

I'm now parked up in almerimar but not entirely sure if I can stay overnight here or not , p4n reviews say no but they were Germans and it seems Germans are incapable of just parking in Spain going by the ones I've seen . So we will see .

I'm in a crabit mood now.

When we parked here I saw Jackie's van but she isn't in it ,obviously out for a walk somewhere but of course the hounds also spotted it as they do , so I had walked down to the shoreline and jade took off back to the van with ela charging behind completely ignoring me shouting on them ...so I had to go back after them and of course they are jumping around Jackie's van looking for her. They do this everytime they see her because she spoils them and let's them do as they please etc. I like the fact that they know her etc but it drives me nuts that I've to be the mean one telling them off and making them do as theyre told and as a result they go running to anyone who let's them do as they like. And when I tell her that it goes in one ear and out the other.

That 'bike' rack is a feat of engineering. Love those big trucks for when you need them but how many % of the time is that? The rest of it you are suffering all the downsides.

A neighbour of mine had 4 weimaraners. He took them to the shop and bought them some dog food. After that he took them for a walk. After reaching open space he let them off their leads. They all scarpered. He looked for them in the Park for a good hour. He then decided to go back to the car. They were there, trying to get in. Did £4000 pounds worth of damage to the car. A one year old range rover.

The thing is with the Germans driving these big trucks is that they still think they’re driving tanks for world domination …

They do and as I said above they don't realise just because you CAN do something doesn't mean you should.

Loads of beaches in Greece protected and these idiots drive on them ...leaving big tyre trails behind them but disturbing loads of wildlife and wild plants etc.

So that I know where ela is when I let her off the lead we got her a goat Bell I can clip on to her collar. She's not overly keen on it , won't run around chasing etc as she obviously doesn't like the noise , but if it means she walks nicely by my side rather than running off in to dunes or shrubbery etc then it does the job , and if she gets over it and does go running in the dunes at least I can hear her and know roughly where she Is

It was empty when I parked but is full of cars now and the bar at the end is full so it might be a bit noisy tonight , but after 3 beers I can't be arsed moving lol . ....van looks much better after a wash .
