I think the trailer would be better loaded wih the fuel cans in front of the spare wheels, in case anyone fancies doing a rear-ender.

“Cost in the region of £350k each to the taxpayer”
Yes a tank would be great but don't see many trundling down the roads. If you really want to be exempt from any restrictions

Exactly and to be honest my motorhome achieves 20mpg on averageLove it, A go anywhere camper as long as you can afford the fuel.
I'll ask if I can take a few pics.Looking forward to the interior shots later if the owner doesn't mind. I love quirky stuff like that.
In other new, would anyone like to buy my 2 bed flat in Aberdeenshire so I can hit the road for 6 months or so?
Yeah it's heavy but with no mot and it being a sturdier vehicle I reckon it probably evens out over time.It was going so well until you said 11 mpg!!

I dunno he's an Englishman so I'm guessing he meant UK gallonI was expecting 8mpg.
Which 'gallon' are we talking about? US - i.e 8 x 16 fl. oz pints
Or UK - i.e 8 x 20 fl oz pints
Not too bad reallyThe reason for low fuel mpg is constant 6 wheel drive , and low gearing , max speed 100kmh . Fuel tank 180ltrs
If you don't like the maintenance cost with Franky , you would be looking for a tall structure with the Duro , ps your mpg with the allroad probably had something to do with velocityNot too bad really
I had an Audi allroad that only got about 18 to the gallon ha ha and im rarely over 60mph in franky
I don't mind the maintenance cost with franky she hasn't been bad really. If you don't like the maintenance cost with Franky , you would be looking for a tall structure with the Duro , ps your mpg with the allroad probably had something to do with velocity
