What you can't see in this foto which is a shame is just behind that plastic parrot there was a tiny baby bird sitting in a bowl and it was so tame it was letting me stroke it's feathers .....very cute
Had a cracking day with Dave and jak ....bit of a walk round albufiera spot of lunch and a few beers .....little bit of a panic when I stupidly lost my phone in the first bar we went to and didn't realise till after we had left and ate dinner somewhere else ....had to sprint along the beach back to the bar and fortunately a member of staff had found it so I got it back. Jak has been taking the piss out of me since for making a big deal about it lol but my life's on that bloody phone lol ...ive met folk on this trip who's numbers etc I have only on that phone not to mention the just over 3000 photos I've taken on this trip so yes I was gutted when I thought I'd lost it and very relieved that I got it back
Me being a lightweight I'm slightly pisse d now lol having had several beers and probably half a bottle of this hazelnut liquer that @BreweryDave has introduced me too lol ...which is very easy to get addicted too and is on my shopping list.
Nice little aire this for €6 a night with electric ...franky is being spoilt and is plugged in
( not that I've anything to run of electric except the fridge lol )

Jades a slack hussy, like G loves to show off her belly!
Whenever we go over a river bridge we have to stop & look for 'fishes' G hangs her head thru any railings and looks into the water, she saw two big fish the other day so we had to keep looking for them!

Yeah I was in love with that wee fiat it was minted inside and out ....not sure I'd have stuck all the fox graphics etc on it but I suppose they are using it for advertising.
Jade gets the belly out at every opportunity I guess she's very trusting lol

I'm not into all this technology stuff Tam but there will be plenty on here who are- you should backup everything you have on your phone by saving it to "cloud " or some such thing. It would be a real tragedy if you were to lose it.

If you back up your phone regularly it won’t take long and you could do it whilst it’s on charge also when you need to change your phone everything will be loaded onto it!
I make a point of never putting my phone down when out, I take it out of my pocket use it & put it back into my pocket!

I back mine up to my laptop, I work in the wonderful world of IT, would rather know where my data is, but each to their own.

Moved along to Armacao de pera today. Nice little town on the beach and a wild spot for 2 euro a night. Had a wee wander through the town with jade nice wee place and lovely beaches.
Oh and the last pic is of a cute 4 month old jrt puppy jade met while out for walkies yesterday .....eager little fella he was trying to mount her at one point

Yes the beach is mobbed town is quite quiet though just here the one nightLooks different in the Summer, only ever been in the Winter.....no umbrellas.......no people (well only a few)

Hardly surprising really ...most of Spain was like that too until May cause it wasn't that warm.
I'm actually sure you were all winding me up about the alleged hot weather in spain over winter ....i arrived to bloody snow and then 4 months of 15-16° lol

I'm parked between one and a Portuguese family on the other side.
Portuguese family are lovely
French couple are miserable sods ...he came out looking around his van and walked round mine ....hes looking underneath etc and then drew me the dirtiest of looks
I said bon jour and ola .....completely ignored me.
He walks around van again and then comes right up to me ....points to my flip flop and asks me if I have his lol
He says he's lost them and is giving me looks like I've pinched them lol.
Two very cute little dogs though

Ha ha I think she's made her own mind up ..i mean just the other day I was taking her a walk and we met this woman with a black dog that had s fluffy face and take but the rest was shaved ...the dogs said hello etc and then jade and I kept walking
Jade was doing her thing sniffing all over looking for a spot to poo but everytime she squatted this bloody dogs nose was right at her bum making her uncomfortable
Eventually she just did it and the other dog watched.
When it's owner the woman caught up I said what kind of dog is he ......"French poodle"
Ah I should of guessed I replied
Brought back memories of trying to empty my cassette while being looked over my shoulder

Lively place this time of year yet still quiet at night for sleeping but I think I'm gonna move on in the morning
Tam you should ask the circus guys if they’ve got one of those little clown cars available,, it would go in your garage and all your transport probs would be sorted!!
Only drawback is it keeps blowing the bonnet and the doors off!! But as long as it’s warm, that’s not a drama!! Lol.
Probably outlawed by H&S in case a door or bonnet hits anyone. Maybe if everyone in the first 3 rows wears a hard hat, goggle and steel toe caps that might get away with it!
