Raw is impossible in a mh. We feed raw (with veg) at home. It's brilliant for the dogs but needs a strong stomach to handle. It contains a substantial quatity of crushed / ground bone. We use Lilys Kitchen dried when travelling.

I'm changing the Kerry Greyhound onto RAW, very happy with it so far - but looking for the best alternative when away... 1st option is to just use the dry food she used to have... but I'm looking for better possibilities without bankrupting me.
So I checked out the Lily's, especially as it has a good reputation as a premium food - but once I got over the shock of the price ... something about the ingredients list doesn't add up - literally.
The Lamb variety lists 56% of the good stuff, that's a lot of filler [regular potato] for a premium brand ?
The search continues.

Our dog used to be fed a raw diet but it got difficult when travelling. We feed him on Wolf of Wilderness now - the wet one, you can get it dried though. We buy ours online from Zooplus. He’s not keen on the dried version and at the moment we’re carrying 6 weeks worth of food at 800 grams a day - a pretty hefty load!

I think you'll find most are the same. We like Lilys because the dogs (or at least their stomachs) are unaffected by the change to/from raw. Try Zooplus for a better price.

Yes to be honest I'd save my money although maybe when busier they put on a better show

All the buildings are empty apart from the saloon that puts on a little show but unless your fluent in Spanish you can't understand it

In roquetes de mar now .....nice wee town beautiful long sandy beaches and nkce parking right next to it with a great view of the sea out the front. Expected it to be busier but only a dozen vans at this bit and well spaced out. Your given a 72 hour Grace for parking here which is great....and there's about 5 different sites along the front you can move to if you so wished ...but I think 2 or 3 days will be enough for me
Cycled about 7km along the beach with jade and had a run around on the sand.
Cracking day currently 22° and no wind ...much nicer

Well jade has been having a lovely afternoon playing with her new friend foxy ...a 2 year old pedanco who belongs to a couple of German girls I met here.

They are also travelling in camper vans one has foxy and the other has 2 old dachshunds.

Foxy has very similar markings to jade so there may well be a bit of pedanco in her.....
She's absolutely knackered and is flaked out on the sofa ....im worried she may have over done it as she's doing very rapid heavy breathing but sound asleep.

She is certainly a happy girl!

yes I think you could be right about some Podenco in her, they both carry their tails the same too, and heads are same too allowing that Jades head hasn't fully developed yet

She had a great time ...was lovely to watch them playing and no barking or growling they were chasing and tugging that stick for over an hour lol .....
She has such a great nature with other dogs

Yes they did look very similar and I suppose as we are in Spain it would make sense
Same 4 white paws tummy markings and the little white tip of tail.

Not German , but I hear there's a site with Russian girls. Normally shows up when my wife is sitting next to me. Adblock is a great thing.

I've been told off this morning apparently only rose ( the older one ) is German.
Linda the younger one is dutch.
I bumped in to them again just now on the beach.

Jade and I were trying our first game of fetch .....she did reasonably well

Wait until she's fully trained and brings back Belgian , German , and Dutch girls. Let's hope she doesn't stop at those nationalities.
As you said earlier , dogs really break down barriers .

Took jade for her first wee shot on the scooter this morning just up and down the carpark a few times till she gets used to it .... was ok after the first few minutes

It's just lovely today not too hot not to cold ...24° just now but a little breeze ....and the beach is still quiet.
Might break my 3 day limit here as it's got the lot
Big market on tomorrow too so I might get some sandals as it's getting too hot for socks and trainers and my crocs ruin my pulling chances
