On the merc ? Most of it is okay but the sills are the usual . Been covered over in chequer plate .

Which they will be staying like that for now. Not structural on these and doesn't come in to the mot so if i keep the van ill do them at a later date .

For maximum penthouse space and decent solar, have you considered having the panels under the decking, charge by B2B while driving, slide the panels out when parked up?
It you had one slide out the back it gives you shade/shelter over the rear doors and and the same out the side.

It's in my plans if ever I build a van, currently thinking of upping the solar on my van by having a large panel fixed to the sliding roof bars on heavy duty draw slider thingies as it would cover the rear roof hatch until parked up and slid out. It might Also cut a lot of noise out in heavy rain if you have it slid back over the van covering the perspex hatch.

We camped next to this in Cadiz last year. They were having a great time

And we saw it in Slovenia. It's a very slick operation but can you imagine the smell inside after 2 dozen people have been sleeping in "pods" the size of coffins?

We say on of those years ago in Ireland and don’t know why I just thought about pigeon racing.

As my father kept racing pigeons I know exactly what you mean…

And we called the “pigeon loft” the shit shed…

From the limited look inside this one £4k would be a ludicrous offer tbh

I’d struggle with 400 quid and at that felt i’d had my pants down
