Just back from hospital , mums becoming a nightmare with the eating again , more fussy than usual. Although i must admit some of the food doesn't look very appetizing . So im going to take her in a few things myself tomorrow as well as a flask to make her some tea.




Ive just had a lovely chicken salad for my dinner

but theres no danger id get her to eat rabbit food
 
Looks nice. I can't be bothered when I'm on my own these days with all that chopping. Just had a bacon and vegan cheese Quesadilla made with a low carb pitta.(y)

Chopping? The only thing i chopped was the chicken in to chunks before cooking it . The salad i buy in bags already mixed £0.75 p and it does me 2 meals

What can I say. I am a tart !! I go for whatever has the least calories and fat. Vegan cheese has less fat than cows milk cheese and tastes just as good melted (y) :giggle:

I buy the stirfry Packets ready mixed too they are £1 a pack. I just add chicken or mackerel to one . Means i can keep track of the calorie content too as its on the packet. Stuff buying all the different veggies i couldn't eat them quick enough before they were going bad. And as you say its a lot of work for one person

I am going to get those too (y) that's why I stopped buying all veg, salad and stir fry ingredients. I was chucking loads out as I couldn't eat it all.

I cant believe that some scrote has broken in to my car overnight to steal a tub of chewing gum and a plastic tub containing about £11 in change ... nothing else missing so im assuming it was kids ...

Vegan cheese most likely contains no cheese.

In fact i think it should be illegal for them to call anything vegan after the food its trying to immitate.

If its not chicken , or cheese etc then dont call it that.


The worst offender is "vegan leather" otherwise known as plastic. But more expensive for the numpties

No damage thankfully, i say broke in but i must have left it unlocked . But theres no obvious sign when this car is unlocked so they must have tried door handles.

Little Sods.

The cash they got lucky as it was in an empty chewing gum tub but they had to go in just for the chewing gum .

There was sunglasses, phone charger,. A super dry baseball cap and a regatta jacket on the seat yet not touched.

My fault. I call it vegan cheese. It doesn't say cheese on the packet at all, it says "Vegan Slices"
