Yeah no plans to stop now. When i set myself a goal i kinda get obsessed with it . 15 stone is the goal but ill be happy with 16 before i get to Spain.Well done with tbe weight loss Tam, two stone is good going, stick with it!
I hope Mum's recovery continues steadily too, that must be such a worry (I would be comfort eating chocolate)
.......and then tbere is Milo, I trust he is well and not experiencing any more funny turns. I think you have enough to cope with for now.
Positive thoughts and best wishes to you all - stay strong.
Ill never get to that as ive always had a bigger build but 100kg is possible. You prompted me to weigh myself, 74.7kg.
Every weigh Loss scheme…..works!!!!! It’s just that every lazy fat so and so is looking for an easy miracle cure!Yeah no plans to stop now. When i set myself a goal i kinda get obsessed with it . 15 stone is the goal but ill be happy with 16 before i get to Spain.
Mum is going to be a long haul unfortunately but as long as it doesn't get like last time it shouldn't be as bad. She's happy enough and eating just now so hoping that continues while they sort it out but less of a worry of her falling etc while she's in hospital.
Milo seems to be fine ..hes not had tablets in over a week now and not had any more episodes even yesterday when it was 27° here so again hoping that was maybe just a spell of him been a little unwell or something as it was the same time ela had trots.
Been lucky with the diet so far as its been relatively easy to stick to with the odd treat here and there.
I think he's a bit of an animal though!Tam….will Never be li a stick of pepperoni
Even chocolate isn't too fattening on moderation as long as it's proper 90%+ cocao solids and not Cadbury sweetened cheese.Well done with tbe weight loss Tam, two stone is good going, stick with it!

Lidl do what we think is a really nice 85% cocoa 125gm chocolate bar. Only about 12% sugar. Costs £1.49 in UK. But in France E1.15. The van's full of it now we're on our way back to Blighty - had to stack it in the fridge because of the heat!Even chocolate isn't too fattening on moderation as long as it's proper 90%+ cocao solids and not Cadbury sweetened cheese.

I should hopefully get something back for the one i have as its only 7 months old and immaculate condition.
Inventor 80l under counter. They are both the same rating and overall size. Just the one im replacing it with has a smaller fridge and a larger freezer.Whats the one it's replacing, I'll have a look at power compairson.
Its a good fridge , i just could use a bigger freezer especially when warmer as i like to have ice cubes etc too and the freezer in this one was only big enough for a pack of 3 chicken breasts and 2 punnets of grapes.Have the Inventor 98ltr f/4*frzr very pleased no exact figures but very quiet and seems economical , and its an E rating which is higher than the smaller ones
