Unfortunately not as he chopped it up to make that daft step. Ive discovered he's a bit of a bodger so I'm hoping his wiring is better than the other jobs hes done.Did he have the section of floor he removed?
We are waiting for the photos.

There's always Morroco until it's sorted
Help I think I need a large G&T
Aye its 1100w apparently.Wow what an array of solar up there.
Keep up, he wants a yacht, or was that the Hobby man, oh, it's hard to keep up!Why was he selling, after making all the mods?
He said he wants a yacht but his wife told me today if he gets a yacht he's going himself because neither her or their two kids can go and the they don't like boats. He also had a self build van for sale and from what his wife said they very rarely use any of them . He used this mainly as his music studio . They've only actually been away with it twice in the 18 months hes owned it.Why was he selling, after making all the mods?
Your moment of glory will come soon enough Uncle Lenny. Brace yourself!

Aye i always tinker and adapt them anyway . As long as things are fixable without costing the earth i can cope with it.Come on Tam, if you did'nt have things to do on it, you bored stiff.
Aye im not sure why he used steel brackets after fitting aluminium channel to the roof. Daft bugger.Impressive van Tam
Is all that solar mounted on rusty steel brackets ?
Looks like they maybe on unistrut, make sure it's all secure, there will be some lift from those panels at speed / in wind
Ill take some photos inside tomorrow but will be better once ive been down to Wissel and we've sorted the lounge area out.Looks great to me Tam,can’t wait to see more, and also your improvements. Nice and big…plenty of room for entertainment. Could become a keeper?
Hmm not decided on a name yet.Wow, it is a beast, Glad you got home in one piece. Looking forward to seeing it once you have valeted and primped it.
Does it have a name yet?
Maybe Elecktra........................Greek for the shining one. Which it will be with all that solar.
Yes theres 3 big controllers , 3 separate banks , bank a is 350w bank b is 400w and bank c is 350wI wonder how he's wired all that solar. There seem to be several different sizes so possibly different voltages, no doubt several controllers.
I bought it with the intention of keeping this one for a while and if i can sort the issues out that's still the plan. It certainly has the space i needBefore & after is going to be great to see. I think this might be your best one yet.
Cor blimey,he could sell it to the National Grid !!With all that solar & battery, you can always get yourself a small separate compressor freezer...
Yeah i might have to do that. The one in this couldn't hold much at all. With all that solar & battery, you can always get yourself a small separate compressor freezer...
