At first, I thought 'its going to take a bloody high tide to refloat that' then I thought, what a bloody good idea!
If you own a bit of beach, put a boat on it because, A) It's probably cheaper than a seaside house and there no-one to block your view. B) If there is a high tide or heavy rain, its waterproof and C) Its a ready made home inside and D) IF you ever want or need to move, you could probably hire a crane and put it back in the water. Great idea!

Sorry you are right, I did say I wouldn't hijack any threads again. Sometimes I just answer without even realizing what thread I am on. I will have to learn to sit on my hands. Especially sorry to Tam.

Im in obzor now its sunny but not as warm as that ... only 15° here but i cant complain ....other than some local couple just called me an Englander lol...

Im finding it difficult to get water here ...taps i do find are all turned off
