Thank you for this thread Tam, I have been hooked on it and reading it from page 1 for days !! love your dogs, Ela is so lucky to have found you. It is hard work keeping a dog on a leash but she is worth it isn't she. I would have taken that big stray dog you first saw in a heartbeat. We only have one dog now, life is easier but boring. I used to post on here but went off in a sulk after no one answered a question I had !!!! but I have been lurking around, hi to anyone who remembers me Keep posting piccies of those gorgeous dogs. I love it....i wouldn't do a thing to the outside other than waterproof it . But the inside ...real wood , a rayburn ...lush and homely.

Not been doing much today ....its cold and windy so apart from moving up the coast a bit ive just been hibernating. This van is draughty as anything.

You would not need an old trailer to build a small place to live. Timber frame loads of insulation, windows to fit what ever you could purchase cheaply. Building is a relatively cheap thing to do. It’s the land and services that cost.

Not much to report really, it was cold and windy yesterday so didn't do much ... hibernated in the van with a book. Wind has dropped today and its a little warmer but its cloudy so not great. Parked up in pomerie last night ....hotel carpark next to the beach ... Free wifi
