There was a guy there who spoke English but when i phoned just now they said not speak English but i will just go there and blag it i think ....ive all day tomorrow to find one if they can't do it but they did it last timeaaahhh. its 2 - 3 years since i used them and we managed in basic english. sorry mate.. i remember her putting the wormer in a cheese wedge for the dog as he spat it out first time.
just looked in pet passport it was 2018.
Got flashed several times in December last year! Haven't heard a sausage! So whats the situation these days with french speeding fines?
I got a bloody camera flash 73kmph in a 70kmph
If your still heading in this direction, this Vet has an on line booking system, may be helpfulUsed the Vet many times, all speak English, very good vets,it’s on the edge of Industrial area, plenty of parking
Im heading to calais. The vet ive used previously is on route so ill try there first tomorrowIf your still heading in this direction, this Vet has an on line booking system, may be helpful
I plan just to take passports in and show them the page from last time and say same again FrancoisEven with a language barrier, I suspect even a French vet of average intelligence will figure out what a scruffy Scot in Motorhome with 2 dogs & passports wants...
Blimey that was risky, mentioning a Camp Site on Tam's thread.Loads of Brits use that vets in Guignicourt, it’s only a couple of minutes from Camping Au Bord de l’Aisne a Caravan Club site. I think they have a Camping Car place out of season.
Only for information purposes of course, although I’ve stopped there a few times. Handy for the train into Reims.Blimey that was risky, mentioning a Camp Site on Tam's thread.
Dam I've just done it.
I would have went there tomorrow but only open 16.30 - 1900 and i got here at 18.20 phoned and she couldn't understand me ...Loads of Brits use that vets in Guignicourt, it’s only a couple of minutes from Camping Au Bord de l’Aisne a Caravan Club site. Yes but these flashes are cameras not exhibitionistsGot flashed several times in December last year! Haven't heard a sausage!
Been flashed loads of times in France.Haven't people on here been flashed by speed cameras and it's the height of the vehicle that sets it off because of the lower limit for HGV's ?
Your speed awareness course in French might prove a bit tricky !

Yes consider this a verbal warning ....that language won't be tolerated ....Blimey that was risky, mentioning a Camp Site on Tam's thread.

I’ll only accept a written warningYes consider this a verbal warning ....that language won't be tolerated ....
Had two,,seven months and three months before I got the tickets,,BUSBY.Got flashed several times in December last year! Haven't heard a sausage!
i feel for you & tam , it’s difficult to stay within french speed limits due to constant limit changes & always a camera at the bottom of hills so even with your foot of the gas you over speed & end up having to brake on down hills , i can’t help & think what a waste on energyHad two,,seven months and three months before I got the tickets,,BUSBY.
Some of the speed changes are totally random stupid and unnecessary and im convinced done deliberate simply for revenue ....i notice its all new fancy high tech cameras they have on these roads now .... certainly not the old scabby ones i saw last time in france.LogomatEd

Worth leaving EU for that alone..funnily enough I got a demand through the post the other month....ignored it...never heard anything again. Same with “entering a restricted zone” (did I ?) in Milan. Ignored it and never heard a thing. Slovenia on the other hand fined me €300 on the spot for no vignette....couldn’t ignore that but punished them by not going to Slovenia for the time it would take to spend €300 ....a month in Tams case. Belgium €130 on the spot fine....that was easy for retaliation... will just never go to Belgium again for the rest of my life.No problem you are allowed 5 kph, if you had been doing 78 you would get done for 73, that's the way they do it.
Also since Brexit I don't believe DVLA are passing on details anymore.
Yep im gonna count up my total when home and will tell how much i had spent up till getting the ferry from greece and the total from then to scotland.pound per mile this has to be the most expensive trip youve ever made
Supply and demand. They had it, you wanted it.Well that's officially the most expensive vet ive ever used €72.60 to worm 2 dogs .
At least dick Turpin wore a mask
Last time it was €44
