If that honey came from the old woman's own bees it will be really organic nothing in that area to contaminate the pollen. Value it, I bet it will have great healing gproperties and also be wonderful on hot buttered crumpets! 😁

Not sure if I spelt it correctly but a piclate round here is a crumpet, not too sure of origin of a PIKELET either👍

Just googled it, it’s a PIKELET and tams probably right with the correct meaning but round here it’s slang for a crumpet!

In other words tam, a crumpet here in South Yorkshire is called a piclate 😁
There you go Tam! Sounds like something you could over indulge in 🤣
Not much chance of them round here either lol

They do seem to like donuts though ....although they aren't as nice as the ones back home.

This greek language is really doing my head in .

The other day i stopped at a bakers and bought some bread , couple of cakes and a bottle of olive oil ( so i thought)
Making dinner tonight and I'd given the dogs theirs with a tablespoon of olive oil in it .

Put some oil in the pan to fry my veggies and thought it was a bit thin
Discovered the Fiddlesticksin oil is actually white wine

Milos trying to order a pizza and jades on her 3rd rendition of how much is that doggie in the window

Hilarious. I laughed 'til I cried.

One time in Greece we pulled into this carpark, little old greak lady sat on the gate, said how many 😉 thousand Drachma she wanted, thinking it was to park, 🙄 she gave us a bag grapes. 😁

Another time we was queuing up to change some money, I found a big wad of notes picked it up, nudging Janie saying don't change to much I have just found a big wad, got round the corner it was worth about £5 in Stirling. 😁
Went back and joined the queue. 😄 Bob.

Headed back to the coast today ...too cold and wet in the mountains , but what was supposed to be a 90 minute drive turned in to a near 4 hour drive through some of the smallest tightest villages ive ever seen , add to that thunder storms torrential rain ,landslides , tree debri on the road etc im glad to have made it out unscathed

So ive now arrived in a small port a few miles from the village of Agios Andreas ( st Andrews)

One of the things i dislike about this van is the crap demisters for the windscreen as you can see from this pic thats as good as it gets....

Is your aircon working properly?
Aircon is fine but cant clear the windows in this van with cold air it makes them worse so you've to cook yourself with the blower on hot and full blast to clear anything.
Frankia wasn't much better to be honest
Same blower as a normal van but a massive windscreen.
One of the things i dislike about a class.

Well you need to get your thermal windscreen cover on mate. That will keep the van cooler and no more condensation 🥂👍🥶
