Its funny you should say that,but I think you’re right. Not because I like Tams taste in music,but because I struggle to hear conversations in crowded rooms....not that I go in those much now. I also struggle to hear the words of popular songs,but thought that was down to anno domini.

Mind your step up on that roof Tam!

I speak from painful experience of losing my bearings whilst getting up there once (also a Hymer)and stepping on and straight through the main roof vent. I landed on the table, cutting myself to pieces as I broke the polycarbonate going down. I still remember the shock of hanging off the table thinking 'what the f*** am I doing down here!?'

Trust me you only make that mistake once!

No idea ...not sure if tourists can cross at the minute i think unless you live or work on the islands you can't go at the minute but i might enquire about it just to see
Jackie was meant to be going to kalimnos originally with her friend but they weren't allowed thats why Jane flew home

Well that was silly i have to admit theres not much free space on this roof but you do get much better connection and sight of the drone

Try and get to Amplifon (several in London)- they are absolutely marvellous. I had aids fitted by the Head of Audiology at the John Radcliffe Hospital and they were not very good so I forgot how much they cost (difficult as I'm from Yorkshire) and went to Amplifon where I shelled out a lot more money but it's really been worth it, The care they take is very impressive.

Just been for a paddle and swim ....had a shot of Jackie's paddle board ...i 2qs alright sitting down but trying to stand upwas hilarious ...fell of 3 times lost me glasses swallowed a gallon of salt water and then i nearly drowned lol

Jade and milo had a wee shot on it too but i think ill stick to my plan of a kayak I don't have the balance for the board


Stood on a bloody sea urchin and have a load of spikes in the foot ....ouch

Oh ive not given up ...ill be having another go tomorrow ...want to get dogs used to going on one etc ...they hopped on themselves ... jade went on with jackie and had a little paddle around ..milo swam out to me and came on for a bit while i was on it.

Im hoping when i buy a kayak they will come in so we can go a bit further once i get used to it.

One couple who are my neighbours here have a paddle board and a two person inflatable canoe. The canoe is quite a beast, they also have two small dogs, probably about Milo sized.
Unlike Milo the dogs are not keen on the water but also the inflatable canoe has no "footwell" so there is nowhere the dogs could feel secure if things were to get a bit choppy.
I trust when you have aquired your kayak the pups will be equipped with flotation coats.

Making me feel good that every one was out of when I was trying to buy one before my last trip.
I expect Jackie's board is too small for you which would make it very unstable, you buy the size to suit your weight and level of expertise.
