Show us your garage/workshop

Innit strange how many people have garages yet don't put a car /s bike/s in them. 🤔
A damp garage is a car killer
Like motorhomes lots of ventilation is best
Or go the other way and seal and heat
Putting a wet salt covered car in a garage will do more harm than good
That's what I tell Mrs G anyway

Here it is a few days after being born, and taking its first steps

To have a kettle would need a water supply , , so nah I just pop in the house, no one enters mine unless I'm singing or whistling , then I'm happy otherwise enter at your peril!!!!

Can I what your plans are for the Imp? Its a shame really - on paper they should have been good, they just weren't. I saw a program on TV where they were converting a Lanci Fulvia to Electric, and they were considering where to put the batteries to get the weight distribution right and I thought of an Imp, if ever a car needed a reliable powerplant and some weight moving around that's it and could be a real giant killer if you got it right, probably ruinously expensive though.
The Imp will be getting either just a sport spec 875 or if I can find the funds a 998 . Already on Monte Carlo lowering springs and a few other mods, such as front discs, sport driveshafts etc , I successfully Hill- climbed and Sprinted one years ago with only one DNF , not due to reliability of the car , but the driver got too brave!

I did think about extending the garage at one point
I could have then collected even more stuff, junk , rubbish ( delete as appropriate)
It was going to cost a few thousand to store stuff worth a few hundred at best

No picture of my garage, as it’s not worth it.

But I have spent half they day cutting a wide (10mm) slot across the floor to allow the water out that gathers at the back of the garage, once it has poured in from the rear wall 😡😡😡😡😡

I just checked the reg. Looks like you have a real 'Black Bomber' in your garage!
Close, but its the american version CL450, same engine though with the DOHC and the weird valve springs. Lovely bike but having carb hassle with it atm

I remember seeing - and hearing- one for the first time. The 180 crank gave it a distinctive beat!

A few folk having carbs gumming due to stale fuel and lack of use this year
I've had it for a year and its never been quite right - idling too fast but only when its warm. I've been told I need to polish up the sliders in the top but havent got around to doing it yet

Something my lotus Cortina could only dream about.
