We do this in our shop...it says mask required. No mask = No entry...please don't argue...we can serve who we like when we like. we have masks behind the counter if required.... (In more PC terms obvs)

That’s a good way of working it. Those that don’t want to wear one can and probably do just shop elsewhere.
Everyone gets what they want .

if someone in gov.uk says no need to wear masks now but you would be sensible to do so whilst not wearing one, how do they expect anyone to take any notice if they aren't doing it themselves? Look at any of them speaking & you will rarely see one wth a mask . even though they want you to?

I honestly cant believe this virus is apparently so easy to transmit yet ive not caught it yet ...im either the luckiest sob out there or it isnt as easy to catch as its claimed.

And what irony that today, I am on holiday and a family of obnoxious idiots from Caerphilly have decided NOT to wear them, and cause a ruckuss in the restaurant with the woman being the most vile stuff coming out of her mouth to the staff and anyone welse who cared to intervene.
All 3 have asthma apparently.
The mum age 30 ish is probably 22 stone
the dad age 30 ish hmmmm? 24
and the 10 year old kid...about 13 stone (thats child abuse as far as Im concerned)

If you are exempt you should only be allowed out with an encapsulated standard design, endorsed with Boris's fingerprint.Otherwise confined to the house.

The unfortunate thing is that the adults will be at serious risk at that weight !

You are aware of the rule change in England aren’t you? Unless of course you are one of the people that think everyone should do as you want them to.

Since it became legal for peeps to avoid wearing masks, my better half and both sprogs have caught covid and several friends have. Several of these have been double jabbed, one or more single jabbed and several experiencing post viral fatigue. Folk may be avoiding wearing masks for a number of reasons but if they are thinking how right they are to not wear them, they might regret it later.

They're highly unlikely to have caught it from someone in a shop not wearing a mask , most likely at school or while out with their mates , same goes for any family with kids

It's not the bloke in Sainsbury's that's going to give it to you , it's most likely going to be your kids

When the kids went back to school I happened to be passing one at kicking out time , they were wearing masks up to the gate but once they were out of school they were doing what kids do

You'll never stop the spread without bankrupting the planet , some will live , some will die , it's just how it is

The school I work at had one infected student over the pandemic ... and around 10 pinged, almost all since April this year.

Far more staff were infected and pinged ....
