What network is that please, have to order one as away next week and cannot decide between ID or RWG and if it’s worth the extra for global.

Just received an email from RWG - Global Flex support to advise that I’ve just hit 50% of my monthly 200gb data. Not a problem as it’ll renew later next week, but good that they advise about it.

Thanks was it £20...hi have asked them to clarify if the data on the voice Sims can be used abroad ...France...they keep saying I need a global ..?

That’s what my EE RWG phone sim logged onto, a few times I tried to swap network but it wouldn’t although on my router it said available, it didn’t matter because it was good

Ok...there telling me I need the global sim...to use in France...they don't answer the phone ...and been waiting for answer from them since they said I need a global sim...but lots saying the £20 sim with 200g. Works in France...

Just got back from 7 week trip France and Spain no issues worked great on EE £20 had to activate in UK once you have done that away you go..

TBH I didn't tell them I was going abroad just ordered the sim with no EU restrictions. ID mob may be the way forward, good thing with ID your balance moves over to next month, been ID customer for years, just that the RWG was worth a go for £20

They sell data Sims and phone Sims. The data Sims only work in the UK unless you pay an extra 10 pounds for the global SIM. The phone Sims have EU roaming included as standard. Hope this helps.

Yes I ordered a phone sim to avoid the global sim, phone sim worked fine in my ZTE router.

That's brilliant ...why don't they just tell you that ...would have been very simple...£18...for data that works in UK only...£28 for data that works outside UK...£20 for a voice sim that has 200gb that can be used UK...or outside UK...?very strange they won't tell me this in there emails

No once the 200 has ran out it will just stop until your next month payment is made, no issues in France or Spain, mainly 2 or 3 G connection but enough to run a firestick...

phone when my RWG ran out worked fine, I think ID like to see an even usage in UK and in France so you may have to monitor that, I only have 20 gig a month so quite easy to monitor but TBF I really battered it in France and yet they have said nothing.

Vod and movies stream in HD so it will need around 5 to 8 Meg to run, I put movies on a mem stick before I left and just watched tv on stick via a vpn. TV tapp is a great app for tv as its SD.

Using RWG in Spain and Portugal, working fine, 200 gb. NO issues, can be slow in some areas, not happy in Gibraltar.

Otherwise really good.

Uses EE, we don't stream. Never got near the 200 gb

I know, thats why i used my RWG sim most of the time and my ID sim towards the end of trip.

hi ordered an id sim £18 unlimited ,,lots of users on here saying there getting full allowance in France Spain ect ,,so give it a try ,,i only need it when on holiday as i have 3 other sims ,,so i did not like the fact that i had to set up a ,direct debit ,,i will need to cancel as soon as i get it as need to give them 30 days notice ,,

they do unlimited for 15 or 18 on a one month plan. did you work out a difference between the two offerings ?
