Hey, where’s your red vdub? I’m in a matching tiny red vdub and I thought I was the smallest one here! 🤣

Brianmor We looked for you last night to join our cribbage game but you were out, too be honest it got a bit too dark to see what was put down and even if I had pegged the correct score 🤣. The boys won.
See you at another rally field maybe.
 
A final thanks to the hard working organisers of this rally, it is not an easy job both beforehand with the paperwork and certainly not on the day of arrival laying out all the EHU connectors and so on.

Hi Annie, sat outside the stage till 8:30 then outside our van till dark. Sorry to have missed you.Safe journey
 
Typical Brits, we grumble about the rain and then when it’s sunny it’s too hot. Even though it was cooler than the last hot spell it wasn’t by very much and needed adapting too for us. That may have restricted the time at the various venues but did not stop us from having a great weekend. Thanks to Adi, Cassie, Jim, Sian and Adi’s team.

We had a great time, thank you to the organisers. It was nice to chat with other funsters, and thanks to grumps147 with a welcoming smile and a lovely chat each day. See you again in another field.
 
Meant to say thanks to all, esp adi4 and Jim and their team/s. My first MHF rally and I was impressed with the organisation, welcome and the prep. The electrickery worked perfectly throughout which meant I had hot water on tap in the van - a nice luxury I usually only have via kettle! Being right by the arena would've been more of a bonus if there had been more happening in it (the only display/performance all weekend was the kid's motorcycle display team. Oh, and the balloons twice a day!) but that was obviously not down to the MHF/RVOC folk! The music, dancing, show vehicles etc were all excellent, plus I got to catch up with friends who were elsewhere on the site, and make some new friends on the MHF rally field.
All the hard work doing the prep and breakdown of the site must've been doubly tough given the heat.
