Can someone confirm which entrance to use ?
Do we arrive via the exhibitors entrance gate or the main camping gate and then enter the showground at the bottom ?
Any funsters successfully on the showground yet ?

I cannot imagine any problems, go to the second entrance, exhibitors and once checked, look far left corner for the 2 big funster flags. They are at the entrance to our area. Jim and Sian are in their orange PVC under a nice tree by this entrance but plenty of other funsters around hiding from the sun under awnings to show you where to go.

Looking at the sitemap, they may well close the exhibitors entrance after 9am as then is when exhibitors have to be on site by. They might send you in the public entrance with traffic lights to the right.

Sorry adi4 after all that we have decided not to attend the Rally,mainly due to an injury I got to my thumb at the Drax meet as it's still very swollen,and also the hot weather warning because we are classed as ELDERLY AND VULNERABLE even though we don't feel it! It's disappointing but probably very sensible as I would still be trying to dance the night away

You may be classed as Elderly and Vulnerable, but as we all know, there are always exceptions to any rule ….

I know Geraldine,but that was a few years ago and there's been a lot of water under the bridge since! I have to be sensible sometimes and this was one of those times! But the craziness isn't finished as we're going to Lincoln

Improvised a roof fan for the back of the motorhome and keeping the the front area separated with the Eurom air conditioning working hard . It’s certainly a challenge trying to keep temperature down here at the showground
This is probably the hottest weather we have ever camped in .

As far as we are concerned the size of the vehicle you arrive in is irrelevant it's about the people inside, and yes we have brought the largest RV here to put on display ( at 44ft or nearly 13.5 meters ) so if anyone would like to have a look inside you are more than welcome please come over and have a tour

The 44ft RV we have brought to the show is the Winnebago Tour on the front line next to Jim.
