Sorry to bother you but I have not rec'd our tickets and we have friends that we are coming with have rec'd there's on email on 21st July. I have rec'd nothing yet. My name is on the list can you help me please . Thanks Sue Parkes

What are worried about arrived in Bangkok today 32 and very humid, feels cooler tonight still in the 30's but humidity has dropped.

Hi, we did not get an email but saw others had. We logged in to the site using the details we entered to book and found the tickets were there when we logged in. Try that if the junk folder does not have the email.

Ive checked my emails and spam and I have not rec'd anything from Ticketsellers. What do I do now? Never had a problem before?

Hi I had the same problem so decided to check the last email sent by ticket sellers and when I logged in my tickets plus camper parking ticket were sitting in the box headed My tickets and I was then able to print them off - hope that helps Theresa
No email received as of this afternoon, which given that it's less than a week until the event is less than impressive.

morning,
a quick question. This is our first time to the retro festival and only our second motorhomefun event.
I have printed my two adult entry tickets and the motorhome entry ticket. Is there anything else that I should print or have I.e. wrist bands etc.
We are both looking forward to the weekend.

Another question adi4 - apologies.
My 'second person' is likely to have to travel separately and meet me on site. (They may not come at all, but we're trying to work out contingency planning.) Do you know whether they'll be able to get into the event in another vehicle? (Obviously they'll have to park in the main car park.)

We arrived about 2pm on the Friday last year . It’s very busy with lots of people arriving then but just make sure you explain you are camping within the main Showground with Motorhome Fun / Rv owners Club and you will be directed in .

Yes that is fine, as the showground does not open to the general public until 6pm

I have tickets available as we have Covid ..... booked them in May booked for three adults and from £10th to 15th August they cost me £247.00 and I could transfer the details to you. I have a 28ft motorhome and booked for 1 pullout which is actually an awning. If interested please ring me on 07974 168712 Annie Harris
Something has come up and we can't arrive till tomorrow or even Saturday morning, will we have any problems getting entry to the Fun area.

Sorry adi4 after all that we have decided not to attend the Rally,mainly due to an injury I got to my thumb at the Drax meet as it's still very swollen,and also the hot weather warning because we are classed as ELDERLY AND VULNERABLE even though we don't feel it! It's disappointing but probably very sensible as I would still be trying to dance the night away

Guys and gals, the retro team have directed us down to the main camping area, even though we said we are on showground. Having to wait now until an opportunity to go back up through the oncoming traffic.

Indeed! It’s best to say you are camping with RVOC club because they know all the America RVs are down the bottom of the showground !
It’s disappointing they didn’t listen to you when you explained .

They won't let us off without an escort, we and others are waiting for Stuart from the caravan and motorhome club, to escort us!!

Can someone confirm which entrance to use ?
Do we arrive via the exhibitors entrance gate or the main camping gate and then enter the showground at the bottom ?
Any funsters successfully on the showground yet ?
