To all the Funsters on 'The List' of attendees for the Plum,
I will be sending you all a Conversation in the next couple of days
to inform how, and where to send the Deposit.
(NB. Please do not use previously obtained details.)

I appreciate that most of you have been either with us on a rally in the recent
past or are coming with us to a rally this year.

If I've got your details I will try to transfer those details over onto this rally.
Some of you may wonder why we want to know your outfit and Reg. No. etc.

Its so that we can treat you as friends immediately upon your arrival and know who you are.
It also helps with spacing between units if we know, in advance, whether you are
erecting a Quest Pop Up etc.
