Partly true in that lockdowns prohibits leisure travel with stay home messages as long as infections remain low we will be able to go out to play in limited ways. Why risk another lockdown by letting everyone troll of to foreign destinations that have a higher level of transmission and infection. Personally i would rather be restricted to holidays in this country for say this year rather than expend the risk of another lockdown.

If by your reasoning the discrepancy of 1,5 million ,which is the minimum & is 50% That alone on such an easily managed number of eu migrants is unbelievable.
If you extrapolate 50% to the 68 million that makes 102 million?
The general concesus is that the gov.uk figure of 68 million iabitants is wildly under estimated ,possibly due to them realising that if the general ublic realsied what the actual figure is there would be riots.
Even there own national insurance departments state that what figures the government give out do not correspond in any way even to the additional amount of NI numbers they have been giving out just to EU citizens over the years.
68 might be the 'official' figure but most believe that 80 is nearer the mark with illegals & unregistered citizens.

Yes travel is opened up & you are welcome. But when you fly in to Alicante say, you cannot go anywhere else?
You still cannot exit the province you arrive in ( leaving out road travel in your own vehicle)
So if you say book a holiday in La Manga, which is in the Murcia region, & fly in to Alicante which is its own province but part of the Valencia region you cannot hire a car & legally travel there. or can you be transported by a pick up coach or train /bus, as the regional laws all have the borders closed.

I agree Joe , the WHO went in recently looking for evidence after almost a year had passed , who are WHO and the Chinese kidding , any link would be gone which is probably the reason the Chinese stalled for that long.
But many live in multi generational accomodation something that doesnt happen now in anglo/saxon households...BUSBY.

Agree, wouldn't want the job, but the majority of those who got off their asses voted them in, so we should at least follow the guidance they suggest!!
Er, no - they got 43.6% of votes cast in GE 2019, on a 67.3% turnout. They won a majority of seats, not the same thing.
