New Year Meet - Now Fully Subscribed!!!!!!

thanks Geo

hey need someone to come up with a design for a fold away hard top for us to stop us getting wet!

How about one of those huge Gazebo's? You could just erect it over the TT :Rofl1::Rofl1: Wouldn't keep you warm (but you have Paul for that :Rofl1:) but it would defo keep the top dry....................

Keith

nah, I still think should pitch under your awning

I need a clip on caravan roof to replace the canvas

or just buy Geo's RV, he seemed very keen on selling it, not that I would have anywhere to park it or the funds to pay for it, maybe I should ask Northern Rock for a loan

Parking under our awning would be real friendly :Rofl1::Rofl1:
You may have missed me saying, but we are considering selling our RV too

And I am also selling mine!!!!! ladies first..............:Rofl1::Rofl1::Rofl1:

Hi guys

I have just seen littlekath00 on the york stand today, and she and Keith would like to come to this new years meet! :thumb:

Anyone else interested?

Hi Bryan/Suzy

Could you please add Littlekath00 to the list - she has booked with the Dirty Duck.

Eric is speaking with me later in the week - it looks like the restaurant will be serving meals on the new years eve up to 8.30ish but I will confirm when I speak to him.

We will be arriving 29th and staying until the 1st.

I still haven't yet had the call for the booking as the live music entertainment - must be an oversight by the Entertainments Sub-Committee!!

(Actually you're too late, I've been booked for New Year's Eve for months now, at a wonderfully obscene price, so I'll be working over here in the warm country that night).

Have a good 'un though, even as you shiver in that English winter up there:Cool:

Hi Suzy

Just to let you know, Lyndon and I have booked with the Rutland Arms for New Year - we are going Friday 28th for three nights. Also, we have now sent a message to Ray about the Morocco trip, having spoken to Pam today. It's all go!

Hello

I am booked in but not sure how long I am staying. Probably a week or so. No rush! The chap did not take a deposit though. Has anyone paid a deposit?

Might be best to call them Graham. Don't think there is much within walking distance, but I am probably taking my car, and maybe others will be too.

hi graham,
just had a look on google earth and it looks like the nearest place of any size to the Rutland arms (dirty duck) is grantham about 3 miles.:Eeek:

Hi John.
Please tell Shirley that it is really nice to be away in the van between Christmas and New Year. We have done it for the last 4 years.:thumb:
Don't know what we are doing this year as only just started to talk about it.
We are usually a last minute decider and by then everywhere is full:Rofl1:
