Fabulous site by the sound of it, unfortunately they are fully booked on the main site!

They have no hardstanding available. They can offer us the Rally field with hook-up and use of the other facilities on site, naturally I have not accepted.

No good ringing a pub in Kent if everyone is from the midlands for example!

We have booked in with the site
Sharon will be taking her chariot so she can escape to the shops (oh yes ladies, Downtown is just uo the road )
Please all make a note that there is no food available at the pub from 15:00 hours onwards on the Sunday or the Monday, so if you want to eat after lunchtime you will have to sort yourselves out

Just want to point out that the calendar only shows entries for the month you are viewing.

If a meet runs over a month end (as this one does) then you only see the currently selected months entries. Click on the next month and you see the entries for that month.

Just booked the 4 nights,I got the barmaid, she knew nothing of any new year bookigs ,asked for Eric he's not in, asked for landlady, I wished she wasnt in!!!
joking really, we do however need a booking in system that we all know wether it be mr X or mrs Y or MHFun then we are all singing from the same hym sheet, remember only one person takes the first booking after that anyone can pick up the phone and it appears they dont comunicate or even look in a book when you try to add your name, it dose'nt help when you start rambling and throwing all sorts of names at them
Ideas then folks

It was suggested in the calendar that you book in using your own name and mention that you are with MotorhomeFun to make sure that you were pitched in the right place. Did that not work?
