Thanks your right we backtracked to reil, nice riverside pitch but no electric, not thats really needed other tge for charging the bikes

We might have walked past your van an hour or so ago. We walked along the path in front of the St Aldegund stellplatz. We saw two UK-reg vans.

plenty of spaces with EHU at Klusserath , inc river side :) The odd shower ATM and overcast :(
We left there this morning on route to Luxembourg.

Massive site with loads of room, can't imagine it getting crowded..

Room for this type of thing.

We were there for one night, if the weather had looked better we may have stayed longer.

Didn't know any 'funsters' would be there, we did have a drive to the bins before leaving, and a nosey round, but not knowing what other vehicles folk own, wouldn't have recognised you.. sorry

Hi folks, pulled into Piesport this morning, just past the town, and joined by emmit, there is one space at the mo 8e and 3e for ehu. Slight slope ramps needed, close to Riverside and 0.5km to town by cycle way Supposed to be a flea Market Saturday and Sunday.

Any idea when these places tend to quieten down a bit?

Staying at Wintrich again, gotta go to Restaurant :pop:Bruhler Hof again and try the wild boar!

Reil looks quite small on google maps with about 45 pitches, or is this big?

Just had a wine tasting at a “cave” shop very close to the Stellplatz at Wintrich, bought 6 of his finest dry Reisling (and his only dry one) at €5 a bottle, he wouldn’t haggle bless him, and he will deliver it in his car if you want, but it’s not far!

Popular guy this Simon fellow!:giggle:

Jock. :)

BTW, we've just had huge explosions here at Neef  where construction workers are blasting a tunnel behind us.

As a result of the involunatry bodily function, I'm off to find a laundrette now. :( .........................
