Morocco 2016

The ladies have gone to luncheon at the pool restaurant. Presumably to try and get out of their minds the image of 6 blokes indulging in a spot of male bonding at the hamam! (Photos/video footage to follow)

Followed by the tagine in Daves post above.

A very ........ experience!

I've told you before Darren - what goes on in the hammam STAYS in the hammam!

Prices are VERY reasonable. He speaks excellent English and keeps you constantly updated with progress.
Coords will take you to A workshop called Trigano. Mustafa's workshop is at the other end of the row next door to a cafe. Just ask for Mustafa, everybody knows him.

As Ken says he's given you all the details. Best to use the co-ords as the address is about 100m down the road.

Morning Jon
Just looked at forecast for Agadir its saying sunny but breezy ......have you seen the clouds over the mountain, by the way the toast was great ,see you later

Help please, route to Merzouga from Zegora. Maps.me is taking us along an unmade up road, just turned round to go back to Zegora as it's shaking the van to bits. Should we be on the N9 to Quaouzagour then right onto R108?

From Zagora N12 to Tamezoute then turn right on to

R108 via Nkob to Tazzarine then turn left back on to N12

all the way to Rissani - (nice Souk here) then follow

N13 to Merzouga

We stayed at the rear of the Auberge Les Roches(y)

Ken you are a star, thank you so much. We are now on lovely black Tarmac as smooth as a babies bottom! Between you and my trusty Makams map we are back on track.

Well if you haven't got any gin left we won't bother!! Will see you in Merzouga. We have a few assorted dregs left for sundowners in the desert.

Made it as far as Tazzarine, to a tiny little campsite called Camping Amasttou. Too windy and dusty to keep travelling so we are tucked in here, literally, an 8 point manouvour to get in and turn round! :Eeek: Dinner ordered and relax.

The weather seems to bad everywhere:(

We are near Fez and it's been pi@@ing down since last night!!!

Sandra & Colin, I forgot to mention the site you are on being a tight access. if you comeback towards the town then turn left over the bridge there is a hotel on the left just on the outskirts of town (name escapes me unless i root round for the old log). You can park in their car park and their Kefta Tagine is by far the best we've tasted in Maroc.

BONUS - The hotel sells booze albeit a tad pricey but needs must sometimes
